8th Hr POE: we did the experiments with the inclined plane and screw set-ups so that you have enough information to now finish your 1.1 packet. IT'S DUE TUESDAY FIRST THING!
1st & 2nd hr Alg: Finished the last opener problem for the week and turned in the opener sheet, took the Ch 0 quiz, turned in binders for the ch 0 binder check, and made a square foldable for our 1.1 notes, NO HOMEWORK, but some wanted to do Friday's HW tonight (P.7 #16-30, 34, 40)
5th hr Alg: Finished the last opener problem for the week and turned in the opener sheet, started the Ch 0 quiz (some didn't finish because of the fire drill), HW - EXTRA CREDIT review worksheet (optional but recommended) and to put your binders together for tomorrow
7th & 8th hr Enr Alg: went over 1.3 HW ?'s (hold onto it until tomorrow), started the 1.3 "vocab notebook" foldable for our 1.3 notes (didn't finish, so no 1.3 practice ws for HW)

I will try to give a daily summary of each class at the end of the day. This way, you will have a quick check as to what your homework was for the day without following the chain of links to your class.
I can already tell you the homework for the first day:
Algebra (Enriched & Standard) - Students took the pretest on Chapter 0 in order to find out what Pre-Algebra topics need to be covered in the first few days.
ALGEBRA Homework (HW) - Have parent/guardian read the parent letter and sign the contract.
POE - Students took the math pre-test so I know where each student stands on engineering related math topics.
